This privacy policy explains how I Love Valorant (ilovevalorant.com) collects, uses, and protects the personal data of site users. It complements the information provided in the Legal Notice.

2. DATA CONTROLLER

3. DATA COLLECTED

The site does not require any account and offers no newsletter. Depending on how you use it, the following data may be collected:

Contact form: name, email address, message content.

Browsing: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, via Google Analytics, only after your consent.

Form protection: technical browsing data is analyzed by Cloudflare's Turnstile service to tell visitors and bots apart, without setting any advertising cookie.

5. DATA RECIPIENTS

Collected data may be processed by the following technical providers, strictly as needed for their role:

OVH SAS (site hosting), France.
Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery, security, form protection), United States.
Google Analytics (audience measurement), Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC.
Brevo (delivery of the site's emails: contact form replies, team sign-in emails), Sendinblue SAS, France.

These providers only use your data on behalf of I Love Valorant and within the scope defined by this policy. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Google Analytics and Cloudflare may involve a transfer of data to the United States. Both providers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework to govern these transfers.

The site uses Google Consent Mode: until you accept, no measurement cookie is set and no identifying data is collected, but aggregated, cookieless measurement signals may be sent to Google. Full tracking is only enabled after your consent, which you can give or withdraw via the Cookies banner.

7. RETENTION PERIOD

Contact form data: kept for as long as necessary to handle the request, then deleted within 12 months.

Browsing data (Google Analytics): retained according to the tool's default setting, typically 14 months.

8. COOKIES

The site uses cookies, in particular for audience measurement purposes. You can review and change your choices at any time via the Cookies panel, also available from the footer.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and, where applicable, port your personal data.
